Low Carb Tomato Soup
Roast 10 plum tomatoes (or equivalent) and 2 garlic cloves 20 minutes at 425 degrees. In a blender, add 2 Cups chicken broth and roasted vegetables. Whip smooth. Add salt, pepper and hot sauce to taste. If you want it creamy, you can add 2 Cups heavy cream when you whip it. Enjoy!
