I often suffer with cracked heels in the winter. I found this recipe for a foot soak. I thought it might also help you.
Fill a tub with 1/2 Cup Listerine and l/2 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar. Add enough warm water to cover feet. Soak for 20 minutes. Dry skin should slough off easily. Dry. Moisturize with Coconut Oil or Olive Oil.
