Positive self-talk is critical for your self-esteem. Be your best cheerleader. Sound hard?
It’s not. Your self-conscious mind believes whatever you tell it. Tell it ONLY positive things. Don’t make it difficult by listening to negative thoughts telling you it’s not going to work.
Turn the tables. Listen to your inner voice. If it says, “can’t,” flip it to, “can.” Put it into an action. Don’t say, “I will…” Say, “I am… I’m great at it.”
