Tartar Remover
Try this homemade tartar remover for a healthier smile. It’s said to remove tartar. Baking Soda + Toothpaste + Vinegar + Lemon Juice + Olive Oil. Mix and put onto 2 strips of foil. Place foil onto teeth. Wait 2 minutes. Remove. Rub in. Then brush teeth with the remainder.

Feeling winter weather’s drying effect on your skin? Try this tropical vacation scrub. I call it: Mai Tai Scrub 1 Cup Sugar, l/2 Cup Coconut Oil, 2 Tsp. Vanilla Extract, 1 Tsp. Orange Zest, 1 Tsp. Coconut Extract and 7 Drops Orange Oil. Massage gently into skin. Rinse. Moisturize. Aloha!

Try this Vanilla Latte Scrub made from ingredients in your kitchen. 1 Cup Brown Sugar, 1/2 Cup Coconut Oil, l/2 Cup Coffee Grounds, 2 TB Vanilla Extract. Mix and apply with gentle massage. Rinse and moisturize.
