Many of us suffer from lack of sleep or poor sleep. I’m one of those, and I want to share some tips I’ve learned in my quest for more sounder sleep and ways to drop off more easily.
Drift off easier and sleep sounder by snacking on nuts before bed.
Say a positive affirmation before retiring for the night. It will help you go to bed on a positive note.
Research done in Italy shows that getting 6-8 hours of uninterrupted, deep sleep will increase your daytime energy and activity levels, allowing your body to burn more calories!
